Rest Day Recipe


Meatloaf

1lb extra lean ground beef (90/10)
1lb ground turkey (85/15)
red pepper
onion
mushroom
1/3C crushed tomato
1 omega 3 egg
1 TBSP water
Paleo seasoning: I like pepper, coriander, cumin, Mrs. Dash

Mix all ingredients and put into a loaf pan (or shape into a loaf), bake at 350 for
about 1 hour
