Wallball/Push Ups/Sit Ups

I love comedy this was to funny not to share


As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes (AMRAP)
10 Wallball 20lbs
15 Push Ups
20 Sit Ups

I got 9 full rounds and through 5 sit ups on the 10th. It was my buddy Steve's first Crossfit style workout. He was smoked but is willing to come back for more:)
